Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house; single storey wing adjoined to N. Painted rubble. Painted margins.
W (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; modern door. Regular fenestration. Wing to left: window to right; blocked doorway at centre; garage door to left.
N ELEVATION: wing adjoined to No 73 Main Street.
S ELEVATION: gabled and blank. Tall painted rubble wall adjoined to right. Modern glazing. Red sandstone coped skews. Partly painted rubble gablehead stacks. Purple slates to house; graded grey slates to wing; concrete tiles to rear slope of main roof.
Formerly listed as 'the Bield' reinstatement of traditional timber windows and door would greatly enhance the otherwise little altered form of No 75.
