Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Painted rubble; raised angle and window margins, base and eaves courses cornice. Irregular ground floor with margined door and fanlight to extreme right, and main door with Doric columned doorpiece. To left, 2 single light windows. To 1st, 3 single light sahs and case windows with 2-pane glazing. Sandstone skews, skewputts and ridge, coped end stacks, octagonal cans, thackstanes, slate roofs. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
Part of Garlieston B group. Re-dated 1992.
