Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Painted rubble, squared margins. Central door with fanlight. All windows single light, sash and case with plate glass glazing. End sandstone skews and ridge, end coped stacks, thackstanes, slate roof. Modern door. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
Part of Garlieston B group. Named "Glenlaggan".
