Description

19th century traditional single storey 3 bay cottage with adjoining traditional barn tranverse to common gable wall. Rubble, mainly white-washed. "Tobhta" (wide eaves) to house frontage only, with diminutive pedimented porch to "ingo", centre doorway. Rounded corners to house, square to barn: end stacks: thatched piended roof.

Statement of Interest

Cottage modernised in 1982. Barn restored in traditional fashion in 1985.
