Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan with single storey service wing, former manse. Rubble masonry, piended slate roof. Plate glass sash and case windows with raised margins, margined angles, eaves course, moulded stacks.
S ELEVATION: door at centre with plain doorcase and fanlight, 2 windows flanking, 3 windows at 1st floor.
N ELEVATION: single storey service wing: stair window.
COACH HOUSE AND WALL: single storey coach house with boundary wall adjoining at N.
The manse was built for the first Free Church congregation in Monifieth (see former Monifieth North (Hillock) Church, listed separately).
