Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Painted rubble walling, painted raised margins. Central door with double-leaf panelled doors, fanlight. All single light uPVC sash and case windows (unauthorised) with plate glass glazing. Sandstone skews, skewputts and ridge, coped end stacks, good graded slate roof. 2 modern rooflights. 2-storey piend-roofed projection to rear. Rubberoid tiles. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
