Late 18th century, T-plan, single storey and attic farmhouse with later improvements, 3 broadly spaced bays. Harled, pinned rubble (cherry-cocking).
S ELEVATION: doorway to centre with 2-leaf, half-glazed door pilastered jambs and letterbox fanlight. Windows to outer bays. 2 later, canted, piend-roofed dormers to attic. Wing adjoining at right angles at rear.
Sash and case windows with 12- and 4-pane glazing pattern. Coped end stacks, polygonal cans. Ashlar coped ridge and skews.
