Earlier/mid 19th century. Single storey 3-bay farmhouse Ashlar with polished dressings and rusticated quoins. Central recessed door with decorative fanlight. Roman Doric columned doorpiece. 12-pane sashes. Straight skews; end stacks; slate roof. Gabled wing extends to north in T-plan. Asymmetrical steading to north built in stages 1st half 19th century. Single storey; some lofts. Rubble-built with ashlar dressings. Principal steading block essentially Z-plan but linked to block to east of house by segmental-arched opening, forming enclosed L-plan courtyard. Courtyard elevation of range parallel to house has 4 arcaded segmental- arched cart openings; 3 bays to right taller; with lofts. Veriety of
openings to other elevations. Pantile roofs. Octagonal horsemill linked to north east is rubble-built, openings blocked with brick; faceted pantile roof.
