Post 1872. 2-storey, with 1st floor breaking eaves, 3-bay house. W elevation squared and snecked rubble; remaining elevations painted rubble. Red sandstone ashlar dressings. Tabbed margins.
W ELEVATION: gabled porch at centre, with door to N return and window to W. Windows to both floors in outer bays; broad gabled dormerheads to windows at 1st floor. King-post detail to gables of dormerheads and porch.
S ELEVATION: window to outer left to both floors.
E ELEVATION: gabled dormerheads to windows in outer bays at 1st floor. Gabled addition at centre.
Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews. Ashlar dressed coped gablehead stacks. Small grey slates.
Rubble coped rubble boundary wall.
