Patrick Thoms and William Wilkie, dated 1903. Single storey and attic, rectangular-plan, Arts and Crafts-style house, made L-plan by single storey service wing. Harled, bull-faced rubble base course, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Multi-pane sash and case windows, plate glass replacements to attic; coped stacks with terracotta cans.
W ELEVATION: paired gables to left; door with cavetto-moulded doorcase and mannered lintel to right, canted window to left with deep corniced parapet, 2 windows to attic, tall stack at right gable. Bipartite window to right.
S ELEVATION: canted window with deep corniced parapet as S elevation, single window to left, window to attic.
N ELEVATION: various windows.
E ELEVATION: half-piended roof service wing advanced to right, various openings.
INTERIOR: not seen.
BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls to N and W.
