Probably 1856. William Burn? Gothic, stugged courses
with polished contrasting dressings. Single-storey
octagon with lean to roof round central octagonal
lantern with pointed lights, pyramid roof and finial.
Gabled entrance to north, with stepped coping and
skewputts, to central storage chamber. Other faces
have low pointed arches to brick cells and small yards
with built-in metal feeding troughs. Coursed outer
wall with ashlar gatepiers. Stone bracketed slated roof.
