Description

A G Heiton, later 19th century. Single storey, 4-bay, cottage orne style lodge house. Harled. Eyelid dormerheads to overhanging eaves.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: part-glazed timber door in bay to right, window in bow to outer right, V-plan window on decorative timber brace to centre and further window to outer left.

SE ELEVATION: bowed gable.

NW ELEVATION: window to centre bay.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: window to outer left in bow, 2 modern windows and porch abutting catslide roof to right.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows; multi-pane fixed timber glazing to V-plan window. Graded pale grey slates. Cavetto-coped harled ridge stack (see Notes) with cans. Deeply overhanging eaves.

GATEPIER: harled, squat, circular pier with stepped cope.
