Mid-later 18th century farmhouse. 2-storey, 3-bay with lower 2-bay single storey and attic W wing, single storey rear (N) wing to main house. Painted rubble with boulder basecourse. Central door to S elevation, modern UPVC door. Original 18th century window openings, with rubble margins. Modern sliding sash and case glazing throughout, plate glass single or 2-pane. End skews, coped end stacks with thackstanes and octagonal cans. Graded slate roofs. Sandstone ridges to single storey wings. Rooflights.
