Probably late 18th century. Roadbridge, single segmental arch
over Archwood Lake. Rubble-built with ashlar dressings. Arch
and spandrels recessed, ramped parapets carried over on stone
block corbels.
Unusually architectural for scale; cf. blocking, a relatively
widespread late 18th century detail, but seen at Ae bridge
and Wamphray bridge, both by Alexander Stevens.
