Severely plain, early 19th century 2-storey rectangular-plan
farmhouse, painted rubble. Front elevation, 3-bay with
central door with fanlight, modern glazed door. All windows
single light, sash and case with 4-pane glazing. To rear
elevation, single storey flat roofed porch, bipartite window
to left, otherwise single light. Piended slate roof, tall
coped end stacks with octagonal cans.
OUTBUILDINGS: single storey and attic 5-bay with single
storey flanking bays symmetrical placed, rubble built with
squared granite margins and quoins. 3 doors to centre flanked
by windows, sash and case with 12-pane glazing. Single storey
end bays with vehicle entrance to left, single door to right.
All gabled roofs, to right corrugated asbestos, to left
slated. End skews, coped end stacks to taller central part.
