Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey over basement, 3-bay house. Squared rubble walling, granite raised angle and window margins. Steps oversailing basement to central doorway with panelled door, decorative fanlight. All windows single light, sash and case with 12-pane glazing. End skews, corniced axial stacks, slate roof. Simple iron railings to basement area and steps.

Single storey piend-roofed outbuilding to left. Rubble walling with granite quoins and margins. All single light openings, now blocked. Axial coped stack.

Outbuilding said to have been a brewery.
