Seemingly 18th century, but substantially remodelled and
dated 1844. Symmetrical 3-storey 5-bay small mansion with
Tudor details; wings to rear (N) and to E. Stugged ashlar
with polished dressings and hood-moulds. Advanced centre with
late 19th century porch in re-entrant angle, tall
round-headed stair window with intersecting tracery; shallow
gable with flues over angles. Other windows square-headed,
mostly sashes with 12-pane glazing; 1st floor cross-window
survives.
Cornice; end stacks with grouped square flues; roof formerly
slated. E wing single bay; rear wings asymmetrical; unusual
corbel detail. Low court to E. Cantilevered stone stair with
cast-iron balustrade.
In poor condition (1987). Dated lintel also initialled "G.O."
Said to be on site of Dunskelly Castle.
