Description

Dated 1821. Single segmental arched roadbridge. Stugged grey ashlar, v-c hannelled voussiors, banked course below ramped parapet

(splayed approaches to latter), and panels above keystone.

Statement of Interest

Hyslop gives 1822 as date of building - presumably it was

finished in that year.

New Statistical Account gives span as 100.'
