Description

Alexander Gibb 1852-4. Single semi-elliptical skew arch,
raised v-jointed voussoirs, battered buttresses with
pulvinated rustication. Parapet over arch balustraded,
square balusters.

Statement of Interest

The detailing of the Leithhall and Wardhouse bridges which

are more elaborate than the others, may be by William Smith

who was Alex Gibb's brother-in-law.
