1828. 2-storey basement and attic. 3-window whin ashlar with sandstone dressings, long quoin angles. Piend slated roof with single centre canted dormer. Big gable chimneys with concave curve to shoulders. Slightly later channelled ashlar semi-octagonal porch (segmentally arched fanlight within) and back wing. Original horizontally proportioned glazing throughout. 4 bee-holes in garden wall.
C group Interesting little-altered farm group with a few modern buildings added. The farm was formed in 1825 when the Inglis brothers divided the estate of Colluthie between them.
