Description

Dated 1852. W facing, 2-storey, 3-bay house. Ashlar frontage, coursed rubble flanks, polished ashlar dressings. Centre door masked by gabled porch with side entrance and front bipartite; flanking bracketted corncied bipartites with jambs and lintels decorated with 2 differing rows of cable moulding terminating with carved tassle ornamentation. 3 gabletted dormers break wallhead with moulded surrounds and ornamented

pediments. 2- and 4-pane glazing; bullfaced base course.

Masked skewputts; corniced end stacks; slate roof. Low coped garden wall.
