Description

Dated 1777 (final figure indistinct). W facing 2-storey, 3-bay house with long, later rear wing forming L-plan. Harled frontage, whitewashed rubble flanks and rear, contrasting painted ashlar margins. Slightly off-centre entrance at raised ground floor height approached by flight of steps.

1st floor windows in outer bays only; 4-pane glazing. Crowsteps survive at rear gable, later flat skews at front with inscribed and dated cavetto skewputts; moulded coped end stacks; slate roof. Low coped front wall. Single storey and attic rear wing with lean-to entrance.
