Description

Dated 1851. Main block of 2 storeys and attic, 7 bays with
further 4-bay (former separate dwelling) abutting east
gable. All rendered and lines as ashlar with painted
ashlar margins.
Centre door of main block masked by large gabled porch (dated
1968); flanking ground floor windows have alternate
triangular and segmental headed pediments; all 1st floor
windows corniced and pedimented in late 19th century, and
linked by cill course; 4 later bargeboarded dormers.
Channelled angle giant pilasters terminating in pyramidal
skewputts. Adjoining 4 bays set back, with later 2-storey
frontage forming balcony fronting upper floor, with canted
bay window rising full height, and enlarged windows flanking
corniced entrance.
Mainly 12-pane glazing; ridge and end stacks; slate roofs.
