Description

Mid 19th century, and presumably built as a bank. Italianate, with deep-eaved (slate) roof, unusual use of rustication with brick-sized dressings; 2 storeys, 3 bays, centre door with painted and columned doorcase (?an addition); sash windows; yellow ashlar, rusticated quoins; end stacks. 3-bay flanks, cash dispenser set on south flank. Rear wing. Boundary wall to street, 2 pairs square gatepiers.
