Early 19th century hay barn, formerly of cruck construction.
Coursed, pinned rubble, wattled north gabled end, louvred
side vents. One cruck stump remains in west wall. Corrugated
iron roof. Measures approximately 70' x 18' on plan.
Rev A Downie, Minister of Lochalsh 1791-1821 "built several
creel-barns" on his farm. This one divided into 2 units;
internal partition now removed.
