Early 19th century,single-storey,3-bay cottage. Harled;
off centre door; multi-pane glazing; diminutive loft light
in S gable; end stacks; graded local slate roof.
Interior: no room partitions. Lime Kiln. Late ruinous late
18th-early 19th century rubble lime kiln.

Statement of Interest

Cottage used as information bureau and interpretation centre.

Lime Kiln stands close by. Loch an Eilein Castle in islet in

loch a Scheduled Monument.
