Early 19th century roadbridge over North Calder Water, on old roadway, now leading to Golf Club. Single large semi-circular span; mainly bull-faced ashlar; recessed arch-rings droved; parapets polished, steel strengthening bars.
Possibly a part of Thomas Telford's Glasgow/Edinburgh-Carlisle roads scheme of the 1820s. Crosses into the area of City of Glasgow.
