Circa 1800, with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house, harled with painted margins. Entrance through modern gabled porch to centre with window on each return. Windows flanking at ground, 3 windows at 1st floor, close under eaves; smaller window at centre. Door to left of centre at rear with windows flanking, window to outer bays at 1st floor. Sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing pattern.
Red pantiles, harled stacks, coped skews with raised skewputts. Adjoining 'Hilltop' to E (listed separately) and row single storey cottages to W.
