Description

Possibly Charles Kinnear (Peddie & Kinnear) circa 1860(?)
Single storey rubble cottage with attics in gable ends,
painted ashlar dressings, chamfered to doors and windows.
Slate roof, paired freestone chimneys set diagonally in
centre of roof. Trefoiled fretted bargeboards to main gable
ends and pitched roof over doorway, some wood finials remain.
Diamond leaded lights to windows.

This ornamental cottage seems to date from the same period as

Kinloch House.
