Description

Dated 1908 on panel above door. Single storey and attic
picturesque gabled cottage. Coursed squared rubble walling,
bull-faced granite margins and quoins. L-plan with projecting
single storey gabled porch in re-entrant angle. Lugged door
margins, vertical board timber door with prominent decorative
hinges. To right of door projecting canted 4-light window,
granite mullions and parapet. Most windows bi or tripartite
with granite mullions, all have diamond-pane casement
windows.
Deep timber bracketted eaves, timber finials to gables.
Steeply pitched slate roofs; ridge and axial stacks.
To rear, single storey rubble extension with slate roofs.
