Description

Dated 1863. Picturesque gabled former laundry in "picturesque
gothic" style. Single storey with attic, L-plan with entrance
to N. Rubble walling, bull-faced granite margins to some
ground floor windows and door.
Gabled porch at angle in NE re-entrant. To S 2 3-light
casement windows with diamond-pane glazing, possibly early
20th-century enlargements. All ground floor windows similarly
glazed, some rooflights. Single storey rubble outhouse to W
gable.
Steeply pitched slate roofs, timber bracketted eaves. Coped
end stacks, octagonal cans.
