Description

Circa 1820-30. 2-storey, 3-bay house with slightly later

single storey and dormerless attic, 2-bay wing at E gable.

Harled, tooled ashlar granite margins. Centre entrance with

panelled door and fanlight with margined glazing. Slightly

longer ground floor windows than 1st floor; symmetrical rear fenestration with centre stair window; 12-pane glazing. Coped

end stacks; slate roofs.

INTERIOR: interior fittings include simple ceiling cornices;

plain wooden balustrade to staircase; beaded panelled doors

with moulded door frames. Short row of decorative spearhead

cast-iron railings project from E gable.
