Description

Early 19th century. Single storey and dormerless attic,
symmetrical W facing pair 2-bay cottages with canopied
entrances in outer bays. Rubble, tooled ashlar dressings.
Double-leaf plank doors; chamfered ashlar angles with run-off
stops at wallhead height; renewed centre brick stack; graded
local slate jerkin-headed roof with ashlar soffits.
Rear No 44: rubble single storey extension with end gable
and stack; slate roof
Rear No 45: flat roof harled lean-to extension.

Nos 44, 45 empty, in poor condition and with boarded windows.
