Description

Probably assembled in 19th century from various carved panels
and fragments of 16th and 17th century dates, one dated 1594.
Square plinth with moulded base and cornice supporting
narrower square stem with masks carved in each face below
shallow circular basin fitted with jets. Stands in centre of
pool encircled by low stone retaining wall.
Plinth facets carved with date, monograms, earl's coronet and
encircling wreaths.
