Built probably in latter half of 18th century; centre-
doored 2-storey 3-bay house, part of a row which it adjoins on
its left hand side. Rubble-built, ashlar margins; first floor
centre window altered in earlier/mid 19th century, its
margins deeply-chamfered, pointed window-head reaching
into added well-head gable, also stumpy apex flue. Skews;
ashlar end stacks (shared, left), slate roof. Blocked low
opening at left end, narrow pend at right hand gable.
Rear elevation is altered, ground level made up centrally
to level of first floor doorway, the latter a 19th century
slapping. Evidence of other openings having been blocked.
