Small terraced house and shop. Early C19 altered C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible.
PLAN: Very small house to trapezoidal plan, probably built with No.22 Charlotte Street (qv) to complete corner.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys, single window, small plain sash above six/six sash to first and second floors, original square display window with glazed door with shallow transom light to ground floor, return, at acute angle, is plain. Sill band to first floor, cornice with blocking course and parapet, these continuous with No.22.
INTERIOR: Inspected 1980 Stone staircase with Doric newel, little else of interest.
