Small house in row. Early C19, with late C19 & C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two windows, all plain sashes, with original ground floor shopfront in five pilasters containing two panelled doors, each with paned transom light, and square display window to panelled stall riser, all under fascia with cornice on small end brackets. Cavetto cornice, blocking course and parapet, to hipped roof, no stacks visible.
INTERIOR: Inspected 1984, has original central staircase and architraved fireplaces.
HISTORY: Formerly the Blackbird Inn.
