Terrace house, now part of public house occupying No.15 George Street (qv). c1762 with C20 alterations. Probably by John Wood the Younger.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched slate roof with moulded stacks to the right.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two-window front. Coped parapet and cornice with the houses to left, six/six-pane sash windows to upper floors (plate glass to second floor right), moulded architrave and cornice on consoles to door to left and early C20 two-light window to ground floor right with ornamental glazing to overlights. No.1 Myles¿s Buildings, left return of No.15 George Street, and part of The Porter, has plate glass sash window to each upper floor, first floor sill band and ground floor platband and cornices over C20 Regency style window and door.
