Group of three houses. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roofs.
EXTERIOR: Originally two storeys, Nos 113 and 115 raised to three storeys, each two windows, twelve-pane sashes in chamfered surrounds. No.113 has single storey lean-to extension, left, with twelve-pane sash and raking coped parapet, and panelled door with radial fanlight in projecting wrought iron trellised porch to arched head. No.115 has very large sixteen-pane sash to ground floor, and to right C20 door under glazed conservatory. Sashes to house are without horns, and may be originals. No.117 also has large sixteen-pane sash, and door, left, under conservatory continued from adjacent house. Plinth, platband, moulded cornice and parapet. Shared central ridge stack to first two houses, and stack to right of No.117, has double roof to central valley, and plain painted ashlar gables.
INTERIORS: Not inspected, but previous list referred to painted landscape panel to bedroom.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached to fronts and running forward to pavement are large ashlar block walls to rounded flush coping, stopped to square piers with incised panels and moulded cappings with pyramidal blockings, linked by low ashlar walls, formerly railed, paired piers opposite entrances to Nos 113 and 117, and wide set pair to No.115.
