MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Long shallow range with lean-to across back.

SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: The building stands high above the road with stone retaining wall across the full width of the site, with iron railings in seven bays to standards; at the left hand end a flight of steps divided to a quarter-landing to front and side of the property.
