Formerly known as: Rosemount Farmhouse ROSEMOUNT LANE.
Farmhouse, now three dwellings. Possibly C17 origins, but refenestrated mid C19 and extended late C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, some rubble, double Roman tile roofs.
EXTERIOR: Main range, facing south set with gable to street, has been extended by one bay, front stepped wing to flat-roof with parapet, and to rear lower gabled wing in front and part of Rosemount Cottage. Main front, in two storeys, has two large margin pane sashes above one and C20 glazed door with sidelights. To left, in later wing, are paired margin pane sashes to flush stone mullion at each level, set back to right, single margin pane above early C20 door with glazed panel under segmental pediment on brackets with floral keystone and small carved block to horizontal cornice. Windows all have thin drip courses to small decorative stops. Ashlar stack to each coped parapet, small stack off-centre, right, end bay seems to have been stitched into masonry, may represent rebuilding or extension. To road wing plain rendered, gable has two three-light casements above square margin paned sashes. Lower wing, in ashlar, has two six-pane sashes with decorative iron guards.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
