Detached house. Late C19.
MATERIALS: Hard red brick, mainly modified Flemish bond, but some stretcher band, possibly cavity walling, on stone foundation walls to floor level, ashlar dressings, triple ridge tiles.
PLAN: Gabled building with wide span roof, and identical symmetrical elevations to both south and north sides, each end small original lean-to unit.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows, all two-light casements with stone mullion and surrounds, and stopped drips. Centred to ground floor steep gabled porch with blind trefoil above steep pointed opening with large cusping, inner plank door. Flush mid platband, coped gables with brick stacks to ashlar dressings. Rear identical. Plain gable ends have lean-to, with one original narrow casement, small square lights, and entrance plank doors.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Lynbrook Cottages and Nos 1 and 2 Entry Hill Cottages form a group.
