Semi-detached pair. Early C19. Possibly by Edward Davis.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Gabled symmetrical pair, with full width parallel range to rear with single pitch roof, to valley gutter.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, each one window, two-light casements to narrow stone mullion, and stopped drip courses, but with central blind light, painted in, to first floor. No.1 has plain, and No.2 has small-pane casements, painted centre light also with small-panes to No.2. Centred are plank doors, with very shallow transom lights, formerly with porch. Coped gables with thin deep ashlar stacks, and smaller central stack. Rear range set against rising ground and footpath to rear, at left hand end is twelve-pane sash above door and further twelve-pane sashes.
