MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with pantile roof.
PLAN: Handed pair of small double depth houses.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, one window, all plain sashes. six-panel door with two-lights glazed. Roof hipped to pair with central shared ashlar stack with pots. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
