Shop with accommodation over. Late C18.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Narrow double depth plan with staircase at rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic, single bay width. Ground floor has early/mid C19 bowed shopfront with house entrance to left, and shop entrance to right. First floor has four/four sash with horns in plain reveals. Second floor has two/two sash. Cornice, parapet with cut out for flat-topped six/six dormer. Mansard roof with tall shared ashlar stack to right. Rear elevation not seen.
