Terrace of houses. c1850 (first shown on 1852 O.S map). Built by Mr Turvey who owned the land and the monumental mason¿s yard next door.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with end elevations in rubble, Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Nos 1 and 2 have single depth central entrance plan with rear outshut, No.3 has double depth with parallel ranges.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows to Nos 1 and 2, two windows to No.3. All windows on street front are plain sashes. Openings on ground floor are in arched recesses, doors slightly lower than windows, six-panel doors with top panels glazed. Continuous sill band on first floor. Listel, cornice, parapet, ashlar stacks with weathering, pots missing to No.3. No.3 has six/six-sash above plain sash in rear wing. Rear elevation not seen.
