Small house in row. c1775 (lease of 9 dated 16th November 1774).
MATERIAL: Limestone ashlar, slate and pantile roof.
PLAN: Single depth house, attached, right, to rear of No.35 New King Street (qv), ridge carried through to rear slope of latter.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, attic, and basement, with two two-light casement dormers above paired plain sashes with flush mullion at first and ground floors. To left part-glazed six-panel door. Small cavetto cornice, blocking course and parapet, and coped gable, left, to mansard roof, with slate to lower and pantile upper slope. To right is two-stage ashlar stack, and left return drops to lower level by flight of concrete steps, with two-light casement at two levels with wood lintels, service door to basement. Rear in rubble, with no openings.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. There is a straight join between this house and the rear of No.35 New King Street.
