House at end of terrace. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth compact block, with entrance bay set back to right.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basement, two+one windows, all plain sashes, and in moulded architraves with cornices on brackets to ground floor, basement has C20 French casements. Four-panel door with margin pane transom light in Doric pilasters and entablature, on eight nosed steps and landing, enclosed by stone balustrades stopped to piers. Main range has plain quoin pilasters, and frieze, cornice, and blocking course full width. Stacks each end.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Property has an access from Beechen Cliff Road, and from narrow lane to west.
