Lodge, probably to Audley Park Gardens (qv). 1840-1850 with C20 additions.

MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, lead roof with paired moulded stacks to the rear of the main block.
PLAN: Long four-unit plan with a wider block to the centre and C20 additions to the rear.
EXTERIOR: Single storey; no windows to the entrance front at the north end; two windows to the left return of the main block, four windows in all. The north entrance front has a shallow open-pedimented loggia with a segmental arch rising from the cornice, plain square section columns supporting the arch and the quoins, and vertical pierced slots in a stone balustrade flanking the arch and to the returns of the loggia, and a half-glazed four-panel bolection-moulded door in a plain opening. The cornice and square lintel band is returned under a blocking course over a tripartite six/six-pane sash window to the left, facing Badminton Gardens. A slightly taller wider block to the centre of the building has a coped parapet, cornice band and a wide horned six/six-pane sash window. The range to the left (or centre of the long building) has a C20 porch and door, to the left of it is a two/two-pane sash window and C20 additions to the far left (rear).
