Farmhouse and attached outbuilding, now part of house. Late
C16, altered C18 and C20.
MATERIALS: part timber frame encased in painted brick, part
brick. Old tile gabled roof with catslide roof at rear. PLAN:
rectangular plan of 3 framed bays with pent at rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. 2 chimneys with clay pots, end
gable chimney has cornice. South-east front: symmetrical.
3-bays. Platband at first floor, brick dentilled, flush eaves.
3-light C19 casement windows with horizontal glazing bar,
those on ground floor have segmental heads.
INTERIOR: principal beams and joists on ground floor are
chamfered and have shied stops. To right is single storey
gabled extension, this continues as part of outbuildings (qv).
